is the exp rate change?or been lowered? why was that?...

drop rate also is been lowered............now the server is not good to play.....

its like Philippine Ran already.......the experience rate and drop rate is like PhilRanOnline..........Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Mad Twisted Evil lol!
